These are sooo good and healthy. I keep a box full of them in the freezer, thaw one out over night and then 30 seconds in the microwave they are perfect.

I don't have a picture of mine. These are really good too. Not a lot of bulk or substance to them but they are super tasty.
"Robert's" Chili

This is delicious and has become a couple of times a month meal. I took it to a ward potluck and it was a huge hit. I was asked for the recipe by a friend who then named it after himself, hence the name "Robert's chili".
Chocolate/pretzel bites

These are so easy and cute. I made many batches last Christmas and will make many more this year I'm sure. The kids can even do these themselves. Except for the oven part.
Corned beef and cabbage.

I made this last March for the missionaries for St. Patrick's day. It went fast. It was so tender and delicious.

So quick and easy and the kids love putting the toppings on themselves. The dough bakes nicely and tastes amazing.
Lasagna roll-ups

Really easy and fun and this was the first time I have made my own lasagna. They also made portions really east and were delicious.
